Tralee
You'll arrive at your accommodation in Tralee and settle in for the start of your hiking vacation. This gives you time to unpack and get oriented before the walking begins tomorrow.

Tralee to Camp
Head out on the Dingle Way from Tralee toward Camp, covering about 12 km through the foothills of Slieve Mish Mountains. You'll walk a mix of paths and paved sections while taking in views across Tralee Bay and North Kerry.

Camp to Annascaul
Today's route takes you past old peat bogs on small side roads, then on to Inch Beach before continuing through narrow country lanes to Annascaul. The 13.5 km walk includes mostly paths with some paved stretches along the way.

Landmarks Inch Beach - Day 4
Annascaul to Dingle
Walk through Lispole and across farmland on narrow country roads to reach Dingle. This 10.7 km stage combines trails and paved sections as you move through the mosaic landscape toward town.

Landmarks Dingle Lispole - Day 5
Dingle to Dunquin
Starting at Ventry Beach, you'll hike past beehive huts and head to Slea Head, one of Western Europe's most archaeologically rich areas. The 10.7 km walk covers paths and surfaced sections through this historically significant region.

Landmarks Ventry Beach Slea Head - Day 6
Droichead Ban to Cloghane
From Dingle, you'll travel to a small road junction before following an old path historically used by Blasket Islands residents. The 11.5 km hike heads north and descends into Cloghane, which overlooks Brandon Bay.

Cloghane to Maharees
Your final hiking stage takes you along a beautiful beach to the tip of Maharees Peninsula, covering approximately 10.6 km. This area has its own microclimate and the region knows it for vegetable cultivation.
