  This is such a fantastic experience, I highly recommend it. Communication with Tourradar was always very clear and timely. There were some changes to the itinerary once we were on the boat but nothing major. Our guides Kristian and Natasha were really friendly, helpful and looked after us well. Some of the meals were not that great and there was a shortage of things like yoghurt and fruit and always a queue waiting for coffee at breakfast. I think the set up of breakfast could have been more efficient, everyone crowding around 2 tables all trying to get at the food was difficult and there was no room for 4 of the people who normally sat at those tables.Show more

  Let me start off by saying that the crew was fantastic, especially our main host Minja and our bartender Leopold. The ship was also impressive & the water pressure in the showers, the cleanliness of the rooms, and every detail was given attention to. It was amazing to be able to see so many areas while having all your belongings kept on the ship in a private and secure space, it made each day much more enjoyable as a traveler. We also had great meals & got to swim daily in beautiful areas. Lastly, having a local on the ship to give you advice for laundry or food was super helpful because often times Google or yelp doesn’t help much. Minja even did a wine tasting and lesson, olive oil tasting and lesson, and even Croatian language 101 for everyone which was unexpected and so much fun! However, there are things to consider for a cruise like this that we hadn’t for example we did not dock until well into the afternoon and on one occasion after 5pm which was really disappointing considering we expected to have more time on land to explore. We still gave them 5 stars because the experience was great but if you’re considering a cruise, time on land vs water is something you should think about. We weren’t aware of this and the information given in person was just as vague as on the website.Show more

  With so many boat/ bike operators emerging, it is hard to know which to take. We took a Katarina trip on the Seagull last week, and have since been traveling around Croatia and have seen several other operators. The biggest benefit of Katarina for us was the truly international and authentic Croatian experience that we had, which was exactly what we wanted. We were the only (2) Americans on a boat with 28 other Australians, British, Slovenians, Germans and Austrians- and 2 amazing Croation guides who spoke ask of the languages necessary to easily support all guests. The guides were well connected to the places and people that we visited, and when when we went to places with other bikers (often all American groups), it was clear that we were experiencing the sights in more authentic ways. The Captain was great fun and very engaged. This was the perfect experience for us.Show more
