Trip was completely satisfactory. Only on the first day nothing was communicated and we sat aimlessly in our hotel waiting to meet the guide and other travelers. After sending an email, we were notified that this item would take place the next morning. A lost day and poor communication. For the last three days, items from subsequent days were brought forward and shortened without consultation. As a result, we would arrive in Cancun hours early. Upon request, we still managed to go ahead with the visit to Valladolid with lunch on the last day but with half the time given, just enough for a quick lunch. And then we were in Cancun way too early, end of trip and nothing to do. Which made it seem like the driver and guide were in a hurry to get home quickly. Also last three days so poor communication. Otherwise trip, transportation/driver, guide and accommodations excellent.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
