The team was very responsive to texts and messages and everything went as advertised. However, we were surprised a little by the set up, we were on our own the entire trip. Yes there were guides for certain events, but we had a different guide for each event and this prevented us from getting to really know anyone. It was nice to be picked up in a private car and transported by ourselves, but when we booked we were told there were 6 other people on the same trip. Sometimes it is nice to have a small group, you can divide up and make new friends. As it was my daughter and I were by ourselves the entire time, which had it's good points, but it was not what we were expecting. I think this aspect needs to made more clear in description. Hotels were ok in Singapore but great in Bali. Transportation was always ready for us, even when our flights were delayed. It was a good overview to do 3 countries in 15 days, but it did mean a lot of traveling and flights. Overall good value for money and we enjoyed ourselves. ThanksShow more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family recently completed a tour of Japan with Wonderful Holidays UK, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, communication through WhatsApp was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, and we always felt informed and well taken care of throughout the trip. The itinerary was exceptionally well organized, and the hotels selected in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka were all excellent. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and it was clear that a great deal of thought had gone into every detail. One thing we especially appreciated was the flexibility. We made a few changes to our plans while we were in Japan, and the team accommodated us without any issues. Having that freedom made our trip even more enjoyable. The local English-speaking guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, which added so much to our experience. Every transfer, hotel, and activity was handled efficiently, and we never had to worry about the logistics. This was one of the most seamless and stress-free trips we have ever taken. We are truly grateful to the entire team at Wonderful Holidays UK for making our family vacation so memorable.
