- Lunch or Dinner (Multi-course Vietnamese meal prepared during hands-on cooking class. Shared meal with fellow travelers and local hosts. Sample menu includes salad options (Banana Flower Salad, Green Mango Salad with Seafood, Green Papaya Salad with Dried Beef, or Olive Oil & Vinegar Cabbage Salad), main dish options including Chicken Noodle Soup (Pho Ga), Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Bo), Hanoi Fried Spring Rolls, Vietnam Fresh Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Grilled Fish (Cha Ca La Vong), Vietnamese Pancake (Banh Xeo), Shrimp with Sweet & Sour Sauce (Tom Xot Chua Ngot), Cashew Chicken Baked or Roasted, Eggplants with Ginger Sauce, or Fried Tofu with Tomato Sauce, and dessert options (Vietnamese Sweet Soup with Black Bean or Green Bean, Vietnamese Milk Jelly Dessert (Che Khuc Bach), Three-Color Sweet Potato Dessert Soup (Che Ba Mau), or Sweet Dessert Soup with Lotus Seeds and Mung Bean (Che Hat Sen)).
