- Day 1
Arrival in Rovaniemi
You'll land at Rovaniemi Airport where a private transfer waits to take you to your hotel. Once you've checked in and settled into your room, the evening is free to do whatever you'd like. If your arrival timing works out, there are optional activities available to kick things off, but there's no pressure to jump into anything right away.

Husky Safari
After eating breakfast at the hotel, you'll head out at 09:15 for a 2.5-hour husky safari. At the kennel, someone will teach you how to handle a sled dog team, then you'll take the dogs out into the snow. You and your group will switch between driving the sleigh and riding along, getting a feel for how the musher and dogs work together. Back at the kennel afterward, you'll warm up by the fire with hot berry juice and talk with the musher about the experience.

Free Day in Rovaniemi
This day is yours to spend however you want around Rovaniemi. You can relax at the hotel or walk around town if that appeals to you. Alternatively, several optional activities are available like visiting reindeer herds, going on a snowmobile safari, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or booking a Northern Lights chase if conditions look right.

Santa Claus Village and Arctic Circle
You'll have breakfast, then a private transfer takes you to Santa Claus Village. There you can go into Santa's office to meet him in person and soak in the holiday atmosphere. Make sure to walk across the Arctic Circle marker, which shows the boundary where daylight and darkness shift dramatically depending on the season. The village has plenty to see including shops, restaurants, and winter activities to try. By afternoon, your driver will pick you up for the transfer back to your hotel.
