- Day 1
La Ciaccia Beach and Cohinas River Delta
This day focuses on nature and downtime. You'll spend time walking along La Ciaccia Beach, which stretches about 15 km and gives you plenty of sea views. It's popular with people who do wind and kitesurfing if you're interested in that. Later in the day, head to the Cohinas River delta lagoon where you can relax and watch for birds.

Today takes you to the Olivastri Millenari di Santo Baltolu Reserve where ancient olive trees grow, some nearly 4,000 years old. You'll walk among them and see granite cliffs near Lago di Liscia. It's quiet and the views of the landscape around you are quite nice.

A ferry takes you out to Asinara, one of Sardinia's more isolated islands, crossing the Tyrrhenian Sea. Once you arrive, you'll see wild nature and untouched beaches. The island is known for its white donkeys and rare plants and animals. As a national park, it's quiet and perfect if you like getting away from crowds.
