Bucharest
Your driver meets you at Bucharest Otopeni Airport and takes you to the hotel. After settling in, you'll walk through Old Town and check out the historic streets and landmarks around the area.

- Day 2
Bucharest to Danube Delta
Following breakfast, you'll drive 3.5 hours to Tulcea, then board a boat heading to Crisan village in the Danube Delta. The afternoon and evening involve a half-day private boat cruise through the wetlands, where you can watch for birds and wildlife as it gets dark. You'll stay overnight in Crisan.

Danube Delta to Buzau
You start with a 4-hour private guided tour of the Danube Delta, visiting Mila 23 village and Caraorman Forest to see birds and wildlife. From there, you'll head back to Tulcea, then drive about 3 hours to Buzau where you'll spend the night.

Buzau to Bran Castle
After breakfast, you'll check out the Muddy Volcanoes geological site, then visit Lacerta winery for a tasting of three wines. Next comes Peles Castle, followed by Bran Castle with its Dracula connections. You'll stay overnight in the Bran area.

Bran to Porumbacu de Sus
A 30-minute drive gets you to Bear Sanctuary for a guided 1-hour walk. Then you'll head to Rasnov Fortress on the Carpathian mountains for views of the surrounding landscape, stop in Brasov to see Council Square and the Black Church, and visit the Fortified Church in Prejmer (UNESCO site). After that, you'll drive 1 hour 45 minutes to your hotel in Porumbacu de Sus.

Porumbacu de Sus to Bucharest
You'll travel the Transfagarasan road, one of the world's most scenic alpine routes (summer only), visiting Clay Castle, Vidraru Dam, Poienari Fortress, and Curtea de Arges Monastery along the way. The drive includes winding mountain passes with valley views throughout. You'll return to Bucharest in the evening.

After breakfast, you'll take a 2-hour sightseeing tour that covers the Palace of Parliament and the Village Museum with traditional Romanian culture. If there's time, you can stop at Snagov Monastery. Your driver will then take you to the airport for departure.
