Penny was an amazing tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Scotland. Full of great stories and knew all about the best places to visit- despite weather obstacles. Communication from Toureadar was poor. No details about hotels at all.

This tour was excellent starting with the beautiful 4 star hotel located in a posh neighborhood, the guides were knowledgeable and personable, meeting information directions etc were spot on. You get to experience and tour almost all of f London's main attractions in a minimal amount of time. One small negative hotel and itenarry information was sent out last minute.

The whole trip was fantastic. Click Tours was very accommodating when I was unable to attend one of the walking tours and gave me another one instead. The locations were beautiful and getting from place to place by train was seamless. The Hotels booked were very nice and I did not run into any problems. My only concern is that for one of the walking tours, it was not as advertised in the itinerary and I wasn’t expecting a “witches tour” (it was supposed to be just a regular walking tour of the city’s history) but regardless it was a good time.
