Your Caribbean adventure starts right here in San Juan, Puerto Rico's historic capital. After landing at the airport, you'll get transferred to your Emerald Cruises luxury yacht. Once you're on board, you'll have time to settle into your cabin and get oriented before the real exploration begins.

Esperanza
Today takes you to Esperanza, a quiet coastal town on Puerto Rico's eastern side. You can walk along the waterfront boulevard and check out local restaurants and bars at your own pace. Sun Bay is the main beach here, located just outside town, so grab lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing by the water.

Landmarks Sun Bay Esperanza - Day 3
Cruz Bay, St. John
Heading into Cruz Bay on St. John, which serves as the economic and social center of the island. The harbor area has plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. Mongoose Junction has some nice Caribbean architecture worth walking through, and you'll have time to wander the town before setting sail for Jost Van Dyke later in the day.

Landmarks Cruz Bay Mongoose Junction - Day 4
Jost Van Dyke
You'll arrive at Jost Van Dyke, known as 'The Last Virgin Island' and the smallest of the British Virgin Islands. White Bay Beach here has rugged, rocky charm and offers a great spot to relax and take in the local culture. The views from the water are really something, and you'll find the vibe here pretty laid back and authentic.

Landmarks Jost Van Dyke White Bay Beach - Day 5
Philipsburg, Sint Maarten
Philipsburg is where things get lively. This port town on the Dutch side of Saint Martin has a lot going on, with colonial architecture and a busy street market where you can try local food and find island arts and crafts. The beaches are nice too. After exploring, you'll sail toward Gustavia as evening approaches.

Landmarks Philipsburg - Day 6
Gustavia, Saint Barthélemy
Arriving in Gustavia, the capital of Saint Barthélemy and named after Sweden's King Gustav III. The town has colorful old wooden houses scattered throughout and great beaches nearby. The French-Creole food here is worth trying, and you can walk around the charming streets at a relaxed pace. It's a smaller place than some of the other islands, but that's part of the appeal.

Montserrat
Montserrat is one of the more unusual islands you'll visit on this trip because of its volcanic history. The 1995 eruptions shaped the entire island, and you can learn about that when you're there. Air Studios Montserrat, the famous recording studio, is part of the island's story too. Later in the evening, the yacht heads to Antigua.

St. John's, Antigua
After breakfast, you'll explore St. John's on Antigua, the capital and main port of Antigua and Barbuda. The city has British colonial-era heritage mixed with cultural diversity and good local food. Spend the morning and early afternoon checking out the various neighborhoods, then head back to the yacht in the afternoon to continue the second part of your cruise.

Landmarks St. John's - Day 9
Basseterre, St. Kitts
Basseterre is one of the oldest towns in the Eastern Caribbean and the capital of St. Kitts and Nevis. You'll see Georgian colonial architecture throughout, some of it dating back centuries. The harbor area has a nice backdrop with historic sites worth exploring, and the whole town gives you a good sense of the region's past.

Landmarks Basseterre - Day 10
Îles des Saintes, Guadeloupe
Îles des Saintes is a group of eight tropical islands with a mix of French and Caribbean culture that's different from some other stops. Small villages here have stone buildings and white sand beaches, and you can visit Fort Napoleon for views and history. The islands feel quieter and more off the beaten path compared to other Caribbean destinations.

Deshaies, Guadeloupe

Gustavia, Saint Barthélemy
Back to Gustavia again for more time in Saint Barthélemy. This time you can focus on the historic downtown shopping area and take photos of those brightly painted wooden houses. The food here really does blend French and Creole flavors in interesting ways, so make sure you try eating at a local restaurant if you haven't already.

Landmarks Gustavia - Day 13
Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands
Virgin Gorda gets its name from its shape, which supposedly looks like a reclining woman. The island has a laid-back feel and incredible natural features, especially The Baths, where massive granite boulders create pools and grottoes. These rock formations were created by volcanic activity long ago. The whole island has beautiful landscapes and a relaxed Caribbean lifestyle worth soaking in.

Norman Island
Norman Island has some of the clearest water you'll see and lots of marine life to explore. The beaches are nice for relaxing, but there are also hiking trails and caves if you want to be more active. The island has a reputation connected to pirate history and treasure burying, which earned it the nickname 'Treasure Island,' so it has an interesting backstory beyond just being a tropical getaway.
