Rating: 3.5/5 (It won't allow me to do 0.5 stars) - We started off the tour with miscommunication amongst the team on who will be picking us up from the airport which was incredibly stressful. - The Goa heritage tour itself was satisfactory - we were able to see all the activities listed except we did not go to the Panaji municipal market, and it was more of a half day tour so it felt incredibly fast going through each site. - It should also be made clear to participants that the “Goa Optional Experiences” are EXCESS expenses and that you will NOT have a driver for that Day 3. There are no ride share services in Goa so this makes it difficult to travel. The Nanu resort they booked for us was superb - great location with direct access to the beach, and great service.Show more

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding your airport pickup and the resulting stress at the start of your trip. We were constantly in touch with you over the whatsapp call & message. This happened because of the ongoing strike of the transporter’s union in Goa resulting change of the drivers at the time of arrival as well as during your stay. We had to change the car & driver in order to provide smooth run of your trip. Unfortunately Taxi union holds a very strong control in Goa and so far, they have not allowed in APP based taxis like Uber and Ola. We also agree with your comments that Goa city doesn’t offer ride sharing facility. Usually, we do not encourage our foreign tourists to use this while traveling in India. We greatly appreciate your positive remarks about your Hotel Nanu Beach Resort and are glad to hear you enjoyed its beach access and service. Also pleased to know that you like Goa Heritage Tour with local guide. Once again thank you very much for such feedback which will help us to improve transparency and logistics for future travelers. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 15% is required to confirm your booking with SafeHands Travels. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
