  The Tour in General was pretty Good, but there were a few things that could been better organized. I have used TourRadar before to go to all the Balkans Countries for 17 days, and everything they told us from the Beginning about the Schedule, time and places to see was done as they said in the Itinerary. Click Tour said the Itinerary for the Tour was going to be: First day; Sightseeing Lisbon; 2nd Days; Sintra, Nazare & Fatima; 3rd Day:Evora & Alentejo; but they changed the order of the Tours; and it was inconvenient for us; as my whole Family was there for my son's wedding and I made plans to have dinner the day of the the Lisbon tour that was only for 4 hours, but had to be cancelled. Also, we almost missed to catch the Bus for the Evora Tour, as the directions for the pick up where pretty vague. I specifically requested Click Tours to tell us specifically what part, or street on the Eduardo VII park was the Kiosk for the Tour pick up, as the Park is pretty big and we have never been in Lisbon, And the answer was on 8/25/26;"You can simply search the location on Google Maps, and it will take it directly to the meeting Point", but I did it and nothing came out with that info. So, the next morning, my husband and I took an Uber to the Park, and the driver didn't know anything about it, drop up us and we went running around the Park like crazy, until we saw the buses in the distance and made it there 10 mins before departing. So, If we had missed the bus, it was because of your lack of information about the meeting place. Even 2 other American Women in the Tour told us the same, but they went the night before to the park because they couldn't find the Kiosk!! Then they never said the Evora Tour was going to be for 11 Hours!! We left Eduardo Park at 9:00 AM and came back to our Hotel at 8;00 PM, it was too long and we were exhausted. The Tour Lady was excellent, but I think it was not necessary, after visiting Evora to go all the way to have the Wine tasting almost in Spain!! And we thought the Wine tasting was going to be in the actual "Ervideira Winery" were we could see the Vineyards, and how they make the Wine etc,; the but they took us to the small Village of Monsaraz situated in a Hill, that only young people or people in good shape can climb to, and my Husband and I think it was not worthy to go to a place located at 197 Km from Lisbon, just for a Wine Testing, even thought the Wine was good, but they never showed us the old Village; so I think is obvious we went there so they can sell us their wine. So, hope you can take theses complaints in a positive way, to do a better Job with your Portugal Tours, and the information you provide people from the beginning. By the way, the Fatima, Nazare and Pena Palace Tour was Excellent, as the Tour Guide was so Knowledgeable and efficient for the time it took to show us the 3 Places. Emilia WydlerShow more
