What are other expenses than the tour price?

Expenses not included in the tour are things such as: - Your international flights to get to/from the trip - Meals that are not included in the trip - Tipping, general spending/gift shopping - All activities are included in the tour, however if you have any free time and would like to do something else (i.e. see a certain museum or something) this would be at your own expense as well

Does it involve US travel? I do not have US visa and the tour can be considered only if you arrange Visa. A shorter tour of only Canada 5/7 days may be better matching my Canada Rockies tour dates.

This itinerary is entirely within Canada and does not involve travel into the United States, so a US visa is not required for this tour.

We booked this tour as one complete tour but found out it was actually two tours back to back. We were so pleased that we had booked through Tour Radar as we got the whole tour. The tour was an Intrepid tour so the number of people on the tour was really small. We had 8 people the first half, Atlanta to Nashville and then 4 people left and another 4 joined for the rest of the tour, Nasheville to New Orleans. Our guide/driver was Britni. She was amazing. We had civil rights in Atlanta, music in Nasheville and a wonderful cooking lession in New Orleans to name but a few things on the itinerary. The tour itself had wonderful inclusions but she lifted it to another level with personal recommendations and escorted side tours. She took us to a wonderful Ribs restaurant, a songwriters workshop in Nasheville, a piano bar on Beale street in Memphis, beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans and recommended great restaurants including directions on how to get there when she needed some alone time! I loved the civil rights flavour at the start of the tour whilst the music in the second half was amazing. Highly recommend this one. The hotels were great and the smaller bus meant we weren't restricted when we had to park anywhere!Show more

- For any tour departing before October 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
