No meeting information s9 we paid them £30 for a pick up ( careful for their add ons). The pick up didn't arrive also we contacted the emergency email. Still no reply after 14 days ! Useless. By luck we found the pick up and the tour was very very budget . Okay if u don't mind wildlife! Still no response from G Adventure on the pick up debacle. Be very careful if you choose them , as seemwa a fly by night company. I'd always look for alternatives after experiencing this.Show more

The actual tour was ok, average, nothing special. Communication and customer care is dreadful, taking 3 or 4 days to respond to urgent queries. We were left stranded at an unfamiliar airport when our transfer booked through them did not arrive. We had not been given any local contact numbers nor the confirmed name of the hotel we should be staying at that night. By pure luck another member of the group had shared the welcome letter on the group chat and it had the tour guide's phone number on it. I have no idea what we would have done otherwise. The app never worked despite numerous messages about it. We were offered a refund for the transfer (of course we should have been refunded!!) But no offer of compensation for the distress caused just a voucher for our next trip- I told them that we would not be using them again, so that offer is useless. All in all a really dreadful customer service experience from their "support" team. If you want a good experience go elsewhere, unless you are real budget travellers and can't afford a more professional company.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
