    We want to understand how much of the day the tour guide will be with the travellers. Are they typically picking them up spending the day with the guide and have the evenings to themselves and will the guide be with them during transit from one city to the next?

      Would like to get a quote for any airport transfers to and from the airport and whether that can be arranged if they arrive on the 17th and leave on the 25th.

      The guests will need to reach the meeting point independently (the meeting point is located near Florence Central Station), where they will find our assistant who will take care of the check-in procedures. They will then meet their tour leader and depart by bus with the rest of the group towards the Cinque Terre. The guests will leave their luggage on the bus and spend the day exploring the Cinque Terre together with our tour leader and the other participants. Transfers during the day will be operated by train and/or boat, depending on the sea conditions. At the end of the day, usually around 4:00 PM, they will leave the group and will need to reach their hotel in La Spezia independently from La Spezia Central Station. From that moment onwards, they will be independent and free to enjoy their own time as they wish until the following day.

      The 22nd you will leave from Florence at 7:00am and on the 23rd you will be back in Florence from Cinque Terre at 7:00pm. In the itinerary you also have included the hotel stay in Florence on 23rd. For the night of the 21st, we can quote an additional extra night. Please note that the selected experiences included are on shared basis (more or less 40/50 pax) and the hotel room are based on double occupancy.
