  My tour from Vienna to Venice was so awesome and wonderful! I had a great time and brought home with me such incredible and unforgettable experience with this tour ‘East of Europe’. This is the third time I booked with Europamundo and were always been a great tour experience. Europamundo put together such amazing places to visit. The hotels we stayed were all very nice, clean and served delicious and nutritious breakfast and dinners. The places we visited were very interesting and a “must see” such as the Plitvice Lakes National Park and the cave in Postojnska are incredible. I was in awe in these wonderful nature. These places are breathtaking. Europamundo tour buses were also very clean, comfortable with WiFi. Our drivers: Zdravko and Pedro were very safe drivers and very helpful with our luggage. Our tour guides: Romena in Austria, Emina in Sarajevo, Nicole in Dubrovnik, Maja in Split, Chinatsu in Ljubljana were all amazing and very knowledgeable in the history of the cities and countries they represent. They ane able to speak multiple languages and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Most of all, our tour guides from Zagreb all the way to Ljubljana (especially Johana and Adriana) are so awesome and always been attentive to all of us in the group tour. Ale and Vale in the agency office are also very attentive, answers all my questions promptly and very helpful when I was booking my tour. I was the only English speaking in the whole tour group and Europamundo was so gracious and provided me with a ‘one on one’ English speaking tour guides in every cities we visited. Thank you so much Europamundo. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable experience I had in this tour; and thank you so much Tour Radar for posting awesome tour packages in your website. I highly recommended you both already to many of my friends and families, and will continue to highly recommend you to others. P.S. Just one minor suggestion: During airport pick up, driver should hold a typewritten placard in 5x11 white paper on a stick. My name was written on a tablet and when the driver was distracted, I had a difficult time finding him in a crowded meeting area at the airport. Other than that, ALL Europamundo’s tour I’ve been were all very interesting, unforgettable and excellent tours.Show more

  Here is my review: - The trip was too tiring, yet interesting.. too many places in such short time, but we knew it and were not surprised. - No internet on board of buses, which is a bit annoying. _ Guides are ok: punctual, knowledgable, and caring. I would like to thank: Damir Kopljar, our tour guide in Zagreb. Maja, our tour guide in Sarajevo, Mostar and Medjugorja. Dolores, our tour guide in Dubrovnik (very caring person). Ivan, our tour guide from Split. As for the hotels, I classified some to be 3 stars, some 4 stars and some 5 stars, as follows: Hotel Rainers, Vienna 3.5 stars Hotel Antounovic, Zagreb 4 stars Hotel Hills, Sarajevo 5 stars Hotel Lero, Dubrovnik 3 stars Hotel Mondo, Split 3 stars Hotel Bristol, Opatija 4 stars Hotel M, Ljubljana 4 stars Lugano Torretta, Venice 3 stars Thank you and best regards, Sherif GuirguisShow more

  I gave this tour a 2 star review as it was not what we expected. The countries and cities we saw were truly amazing and spectacular, switching different tour operators not so much. We had seen a previous review that this tour was operated in Spanish, however we booked the tour that was operated in English. We even confirmed with Tour Radar that this tour we booked was going to be in English and they said yes. For a good portion of this trip the tour operator's barely spoke any English and if they did it was very broken and hard to understand. So at times I had to use google translate just to get what they were saying. We also didn't like that we kept switching tour buses and operators. When we switched buses and operators we also had different tourists. So we weren't with the original group the whole time. We feel (as we have been on tour groups before), that one bus and one operator should be with the group that whole time. This was not the case. We had 5 different operators and 3 different buses. I will say that the best and second best operators we had were Ivan and Johanna, respectfully. On most tours there is always a welcome dinner so we can meet our fellow tourists, this was not the case with this tour. We also feel that if the dinners are being covered (part of the price we paid), then they should be geared more to that country's cuisine, not food we can get in our own country. The food that was provided was mediocre at best. They were bland and repetitive. In conclusion, if you wanted to visit these same 5 countries, I would recommend a different tour operator altogether.   I was not informed that the tour would be conducted in the Spanish language. I was the only English-speaking guest and I commend Monika Zuzak, our major guide, for her thoughtful efforts to include me in her daily information sessions. She had to put me in front of the bus so she could translate the things she said to everybody. I truly appreciate her efforts under the circumstances. Apparently, the majority of the group did not like Monika translating in English while on the microphone. I am an elderly Asian man who only remembers high school Spanish. That part ruined my vacation. The other Europamundo guides, whose names I still remember, made me feel like a fish out of water. I really wish that with my communications with you and Europamundo, you would have informed me of the language of the tour. It's too late now.Show more

In some cases, the groups will be bilingual (normally Spanish and English), and in such cases, our guides will give the explanations in both languages.   There was no introduction made, the group participants should have at least been introduced to each other.While Evan was amasing, the local city guides were not particularly good. Walked too fast for the group, yet stopped at various points to share information not waiting for the group to gather felt pretty much " dumped" in cities after a short tour. I realize all the lengthy border crossing did impact the time. Quick stop for snacks / lavatory with4 or more coaches were not pleasant. Seems that there were plenty of other opportunities for stops.Show more
