Your flight lands in Tokyo and a driver meets you right at the airport. From there, it's a private car ride to your hotel, so you can relax during the transfer instead of figuring out public transport. By the time you arrive, check-in goes smoothly and you're settled in for the night.

- Day 2
Tokyo
Today is yours to explore Tokyo however you like. Many travelers head to Shinjuku for shopping and nightlife, or check out Shibuya's famous crossing and trendy neighborhoods. Akihabara is great if you're interested in electronics and anime culture. You could also visit Tokyo Tower or just wander around and find spots that catch your interest as you move through the city.

Mount Fuji
After traveling to the Mt. Fuji area, you'll start at Lake Kawaguchi where the mountain views are really nice on clear days. Next, the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway takes you up to Kawaguchiko Tenjozan Park for great photo opportunities and perspective on the region. From there, you'll check out Oshino Hakkai and its crystal-clear spring waters, which provide a different but equally beautiful experience of the landscape.

- Day 4
Hakone to Kyoto
You'll begin with a cruise on the Hakone Pirate Ship across Lake Ashino, where Mt. Fuji often appears in the distance. Then the Hakone Ropeway takes you over the Owakudani volcanic area with its steam vents and volcanic landscape. Later, Mishima Skywalk offers elevated views before you board the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto. The train ride itself is smooth and efficient, and you'll check into your Kyoto hotel by evening.

- Day 5
Kyoto
This free day in Kyoto gives you flexibility to explore at your own rhythm. Arashiyama is a popular choice where you can see Tenryuji Temple and its gardens, then walk through the Sagano Bamboo Forest which feels quiet and different from the rest of the city. The Togetsukyo Bridge nearby is a nice spot to cross and take in the scenery. If you continue exploring, Okochi-Sanso offers traditional Japanese architecture and a teahouse where you can sit and have tea.

Fushimi & Nara
Start with Fushimi Inari Shrine where thousands of red torii gates create a unique tunnel-like path up the mountain trails. After walking through the gates, head to Gekkeikan Okura Sake Museum to learn about sake production and participate in traditional tasting techniques. From there, it's on to Nara Park where hundreds of deer roam freely around you, then visit Todaiji Temple which houses a large Buddha statue and sits as an important historical site.
