We had a great time on this tour. My wife and I have enjoyed this style of travel where the operator arranges the transpotstion and hotels, and maybe a tour or two, but not much else. The time is free for our own explaration but the basics are taken care of and provided at good value through their contacts and booking ability. I'll caution anyone who requires a lot of handholding that this may not work for you. You will need to be comfotatble with navigating with a smart phone and should have WhatsApp installed for communication. Every hotel was great and the transportation events worked flawlessly, but we did not have a constant guide. Guides appeared when they knew help was needed. such as transferring to the island ferries. Again, we enjoyed the trip a lot and would do this style of tour again. We had a marvelous holiday in Athens, Santorini and Crete. Greca Tours took care of the hotels, transport, and a few local tours. Our agent, George, responded quickly to our concerns, was very professional, and wrote english well, responding quickly to our concerns. However, after we sent them the balance owed, he disappeared, and the remaining staff was not quite as efficient. I would have given them 5 stars, except I had to contact them many times before we received an accurate "master voucher". And, even then, i sent them an itemized itinerary. But still, they did not provide transportation from the Cretan port to our hotel, citing it was in walking distance. This is something they neglected to mention. All in all, Greca Tours is a good and reliable travel agency.Show more
