- Day 1
Podgorica
Your tour kicks off at 5 PM with a welcome drink and a briefing from your guide at the hotel. You'll have some free time to walk around Podgorica's streets and get a feel for the city, then head to a traditional local restaurant with the group for dinner.

- Day 2
Podgorica to Kolasin
After breakfast at your hotel, you're heading north through Morača Canyon to see the historic Morača Monastery. Then it's on to Biogradska Gora National Park for an easy one-hour walk through ancient forests around the lake. Grab lunch there, and later check in to your hotel in Kolasin where you'll stay for two nights and have dinner.

- Day 3
Bjelasica Mountain
You'll drive about an hour to Eko Katun Vranjak, a traditional cottage settlement with panoramic mountain views under Troglava peak. Lunch happens at the old shepherd's hut that's now a tourist spot, and you'll try locally prepared traditional dishes. Hiking and jeep tours of Bjelasica Mountain peaks are available if you want them. Dinner's back at your Kolasin hotel.

Kolasin to Tara Canyon to Zabljak
After checking out, you're driving through Tara Canyon, Europe's seventh deepest canyon, to reach the iconic Djurdjevica Tara Bridge. Stop to take in the views and grab a coffee or lunch. Then head to Zabljak and check into your hotel. In the afternoon, take a scenic two-hour walking tour around Black Lake, the main attraction in Durmitor National Park. Dinner at a local restaurant wraps up the day.

- Day 5
Zabljak to Ostrog to Skadar Lake to Tivat
Start with Ostrog Monastery, Montenegro's largest pilgrimage site. Then head to Virpazar on Skadar Lake for a scenic two-hour boat tour toward Vranjina village and historic Lesendro Fortress before returning. Visit a family-owned vineyard and wine cellar to sample three wines paired with traditional Montenegrin food like prosciutto, cheese, olives, and bread. Continue toward Tivat via the Sozina Tunnel, passing Petrovac, Sveti Stefan, and Budva. Check into your hotel for a three-night stay.

- Day 6
Lovcen National Park - Njegusi - Cetinje - Budva
You'll ascend the 25 famous serpentine turns of the old Austro-Hungarian road above Kotor for great views of Boka Bay. Climb 461 steps to Mount Lovcen's summit to visit the Mausoleum of Petar II Petrovic Njegos, an important figure in Montenegrin history, and on clear days you'll see across Boka Bay, Cetinje, Podgorica, and Skadar Lake. Visit Njegusi village, birthplace of Petar II and known for traditional prosciutto and cheese. Tour a local smokehouse to sample these. Head to Cetinje to visit King Nikola's Museum and learn about Montenegro's royal family. Later, explore Budva's Old Town with its narrow alleyways. Return to your Tivat hotel.

- Day 7
Kotor - Perast - Risan
Start in Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, exploring the old town including the Square of Arms, Clock Tower, Flour Square, St. Tryphon Cathedral, and several other churches and sites. Take a scenic boat ride to Perast and visit the island of Our Lady of the Rocks before walking through Perast's charming streets. Lunch at Restaurant Conte offers views of the islands. Drive to Risan, the Bay's oldest settlement from the 4th century BC, and see beautifully preserved Roman mosaics. Drive scenic routes around the bay, cross by ferry, then return to your hotel. End with a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
