Very unorganized trip. Tour guide did not give enough free time, was rushing us to next destination. Wish they would not cram too many sight seeing in one day. Most of the tourist were hispanic and it was really hard to communicate with the tourists since the tour guide was busy helping others. When our flight was cancelled from Busan to Fukuoka due to thunderstorm and rain, one of the tour guide was really nice and it was unfortunate that it was her first time helping out the team. She and the other tour guide were scrambling to get buses back to the hotel so we can come back the next day for our flight. When we got to the hotel, it was almost 10 or 11am and we have to get up by 4:30 to be at the airport at 6 am! It was chaos at the airport in the am trying to get everyone from our group to the plane. When we got to Fukuoka, we got on the bus to head out to Hiroshima, went to the tori gate by ferry. By the time we were done, we had only 30 mins to see the Hiroshima Museum because we had to get to the hotel for dinner. Very disappointed with this trip. I would not recommend Europamundo. I am really disappointed that Korean Air did not provide hotel for us because of the flight cancellation.Show more

Regarding the cancellation of your flight from Busan to Fukuoka, we understand how frustrating that situation must have been. Unfortunately, the weather conditions that led to the flight cancellation were beyond our control, and the airline had to make the decision at the last minute. This required some adjustments to the itinerary. At Europamundo, we worked hard to quickly arrange transportation back to the hotel in Busan, secure flights for the next day, and manage all airport transfers so that your journey could continue with as little disruption as possible. We know this was not an easy situation for anyone, and we are sincerely sorry for how it affected you. However, we made every effort to resolve the issue promptly so that you could rest and still experience key sights during the trip. We also apologize for the limited time in Hiroshima. Due to the flight issue, we had to shorten the visit, something we deeply regret. The change was due to unforeseen circumstances, and we made it in order to minimize the loss of time at other key stops. We understand that this adjustment may not have been ideal for you, and we apologize if the coordination did not meet your expectations. As for the language dynamic with the Spanish-speaking passengers, we want to clarify that our groups are always bilingual to offer a multicultural experience, where travelers can connect with others from different parts of the world. We’re sorry if this affected your experience, and we will definitely keep your feedback in mind to ensure future groups feel fully integrated. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the itinerary. We will share your comments with the relevant department, as we understand the value of creating more relaxed, less stop-intensive travel options. Helena was an amazing guide! She kept the group engaged and communicated really well. I appreciated her transparency when something occurred at any point during the trip. She is very knowledgeable and funny. I appreciated being able to have the tour in Spanish as well! For those wanting to visit historic places, learn about the country's history, and get a dash of modern atmosphere, I highly recommend this tour! Ending in Japan at Hiroshima was also lovely. The transitions between tour guides we experienced to go to Japan could use some work, but Paco was awesome and did the best he could with our group as we were left with him last minute. Biggest thing to note is that there is little to no communication on the documentations you need to have prepared until the day you need it. While it is in the resources provided for you, you need to comb through it all carefully.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
