On the first day we have a 2-hour Sarajevo Walking Tour, which is an easy walk through the Old Town with regular walking on mostly flat terrain. During the Mostar & Herzegovina Tour, there are some stairs leading down to Kravica Waterfalls, and in Počitelj there is an optional walk uphill to the fortress. However, climbing to the fortress is completely optional, and you can still enjoy the town without going up. The other locations involve only normal sightseeing and relaxed walking. For the Travnik & Jajce Tour, there is also an optional visit to the fortress. Again, there is no hiking involved, as these tours are primarily sightseeing tours with regular walking between attractions.

I had 3 different tour guides and each was fantastic! They made me fall in love with Bosnia Herzegovina. Jasmine was the guide for my full day tour - his ability to share information about the amazing and often confusing transformations this country has gone through- while not taking any one side but respectfully sharing many different perspectives touched my heart. Plus he was so kind to all and fun to be around. Ahmed (Tunnel of Hope tour) shared personal stories that brought the human touch to the different beliefs in this region. He was able to explain so much about the "end" of the 90s war with respect for all involved. His stories made the history real. I didn't get my guide's name for my introductory city tour, but he was also so wonderful in sharing the history and his love for Sarajevo. The people who worked in the Meet Bosnia office were great too - they made sure I knew where to be and when, and arranged my transfers - all went as planned.Show more

Staff at the Meet Bosnia Tour are very friendly and helpful, the tour guides they provided for the various day trip tours were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Although there were hiccups here and there but in general, they are quick to respond and resolve. Want to mention especially Medina at MBT who went out of her way to organize and manage the tours for me, and to Arna who is such a treasure and kind and considerate to everyone on the trip to Mostar. It was a memorable trip overall and Sarajevo is such a gem. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention the Hotel Old Town MBT arranged for me, staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were great, good selections everyday, they even offer Bosnian coffee! The breads they serve at the breakfast are fresh from a local bakery called Imaret, established since 1531! I went there everyday to buy different kinds of breads to try.Show more
