Tour was very chaotic due to constantly changing of multiple tours combined. At one point we had two buses totally almost 100 people arriving at sites and hotels at the same time overwhelming staff and restroom facilities. I was afraid to stay hydrated because I was afraid of the long lines. Tour was advertised as done in English, so I thought group would be English speaking. I was one of few English speakers. Tour was done in Spanish, Portuguese and English at times and made it very difficult to follow. With majority of group getting their information, they’d start talking amongst themselves so we couldn’t hear the English translation. Tour should have been advertised as done in Spanish with An English translation provided. Tour count should have said up to 90+ people at times with multiple buses. It should be made clear that you will not be with the same people for the duration or on the same tour. The guides had to juggle a lot and did a good job(different hotel, guides, tours for everyone). It was very strange how we had to go to multiple hotels each night and wasted a lot of time. One night I was sent off by myself in a taxi to stay at a different hotel from everyone else on my bus. In spite of the chaos , I enjoyed the tour activities and met great people. I loved all the stops in Ireland and learned a lot. London was great with for our small English only tour but my two extra pre-paid excursions were both cancelled due to not enough English speakers. I was disappointed that I did not get to see Windsor. I did not like getting left in Piccadilly with no guide, map or internet. After all the activities in Ireland, London and Paris were disappointing with limited group activities. I enjoyed the tour of Paris, Eiffel tour and boat ride. I would had paid to go into Versailles but tour stated dates and times were variable so pre-booking was not possible even though our guide said that is what we were supposed to do. The tour was good full of activities with not long stretches of bus time(well broken up with sites).
