Immigration and moving time to Hoi An can be very tight. If the immigration process takes longer and you have only 40 minutes to reach Hoi An, you may miss the beginning of the tour. The usual pick-up time is 2:30 PM daily. If your flight is a domestic one within Vietnam, the waiting time and moving time to Hoi An should be sufficient for you to join the tour from the start.

How much is it for 4 days 3 nights for a company trip to Da Nang, hotel would be 4 stars and full board halal meals

For a group of 30, I would recommend staying in one location to avoid frequent check-ins and check-outs. However, in the current program, guests will stay in two places: Hoi An and Da Nang.
