13 Days Amazing Thailand & Bali (private guide & driver) We have just returned from our Thailand and Bali tour, and from start to finish the holiday was exceptional. Phoebe from TourRadar was outstanding throughout. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided a level of customer service that made the entire experience seamless. We would happily use her again for future holidays purely because of the care and attention she offers. In Bangkok we were looked after by Ms Nim and our driver Samrueng. They were truly excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured we had the best possible experience, including introducing us to local delicacies. They really made our time in Bangkok and set a very high standard for the rest of the tour. In Phuket we spent a short but memorable time with Ms Kai. She was wonderfully funny and an amazing photographer, capturing some truly special moments for us. In Bali we were guided by Arya, who took very good care of us throughout. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and happily answered the many questions we asked. The hotels were excellent, with the Phuket and Nusa Dua Resort standing out in particular. The Nusa Dua Resort was exceptional and we would most definitely return there. Overall, this was a fantastic tour and an experience we will remember fondly.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $75 is required to confirm your booking with UME Travel Co. Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and UME Travel Co. Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "UME Travel Co. Ltd" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
