Do you have any other hotels to do something like upgrade?

Our tours are sold as a package so we are not able to upgrade any services like hotels. We have many different travel styles which offer different service levels. We recommend checking out a tour that has an 'upgraded' service level.

Is there any limit on luggage, we are joining a cruise from Venice straight after the tour?

On this tour you will be responsible for carrying your own luggage and there will be limited space on the transportation so we recommend one main piece of luggage per person such as a suitcase or duffel bag.

Can we add the optional tours (Florence Food tour or Venice Food, etc) after we have completed our initial reservation?

You are more than welcome to add the pre-bookable excursions after you confirmed your tour, yes. Should you not be able to pre-book them, you are more than welcome to also book them while on tour.

  Please note that you MUST be comfortable carrying your own luggage as there will be a lot of up and down stairs on this trip due to the nature of station layouts in Italy (very few are equipped with escalators or elevators). Between public transport and hotels you may be required to carry your own luggage short distances (up to 15mins walk), in larger cities you may travel by metro or city bus, and occasionally the group will take taxis to and from hotels.

- For any tour departing before May 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
