Itinerary
- Day 1
Danang to Hoi An
You'll get picked up from Danang airport or your hotel and head down to Hoi An for the afternoon. There's a lot to see in this coastal town, so you'll walk through some beautifully restored houses, check out the Hoi An Museum and the Assembly Hall that's dedicated to the sea goddess. An old Chinese house is on the agenda too, and you'll cross over the 17th century Japanese bridge that's covered and pretty iconic. After you get to your hotel and settle in, you'll have the rest of the evening free to yourself.

Hoi An to Hue to Danang
This one starts early with a drive toward Hue and breakfast along the way. Right outside the city you'll see the tomb of Minh Mang, which sits in these extensive gardens. From there you'll visit Tien Mu Pagoda, then take a boat into Hue proper. The afternoon has you walking around the Imperial Palace (it's designed similar to Beijing's Forbidden City), wandering through Dong Ba market, and later heading back to Danang by evening, taking the scenic route through the Cloud Pass.

- Day 3
Hoi An to My Son
After breakfast at your hotel, you're driven out to My Son, which is this sacred Champa site with monumental buildings and ruins that go back to somewhere between the 2nd and 17th century. You'll spend a good amount of time exploring the ruins there, then head back to Danang to hit the Cham Museum and Linh Ung Pagoda (that's on the Son Tra peninsula). You should be back at your hotel by late afternoon.
