I soon found that I was the only person in the group but that caused no problems. The organiser, Viet, kept in touch with me using Whatsap. He/she were very helpful, advising of pick up times for each activity. They also answered promptly and had excellent English skills. I met different people on tours and never felt lonely. Viet also allowed me to change one of my scheduled activities in Hoi An and arranged a more suitable alternative. He also allowed me to cancel one day's activities and refunded me the money. It was all very flexible. Viet arranged daily tours for me with other travel agents. All were very good. The accommodation was also excellent. Each hotel had very friendly staff and were very clean. Breakfast was also good but lacking in choices in Hoi An. I could happily recommend Old Quarter Travel to others.Show more
