Overall TourRadar was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Having a private tour was great. Our drivers and tour guides (Rafella, Francesa, and Patty) were fantastic! And the cooking class at Fattoria Terranova was the highlight of the trip. For the most part the accomodations were pretty good, but a couple not up to expectations. See below: 1. Luckily the hotel (Futura Congress center) in Naples was for one night, it was okay, but was a bit tired looking and not a 4 star. Would not recommend 2. Hotel So Lifestyle Sorrento was very friendly and clean and had all the amenities. However, it was very sterile & lacking warmth. with no Italian charm! It was more Scandinavian minimal. There really was not an adequate lobby to lounge in as the only seats were a hard bench and hard table chairs. The location was not ideal since to go into Sorrento city center it was a 25-30 minute walk or take a cab at 20 euros one way. My husband & I are in our late 70's so the cab was better for us. Also the restaurant was rather limited and not conducive to eating for dinner. It would have been better to have stayed in one of the multitude of lovely hotels closer to the city center and that had some Italian warmth. 3. The Regina Cristina in Capri was PERFECT!!. It was beautiful, charming, had a wonderful restaurant and was rather close to everything. So of the 3 hotels, Regina was what I would call a 4-5 star and would recommend that type of hotel for your future bookings. The only other recommendation is that the boat ride could have been better. The tour itself was okay and beautiful, but the captain, although very nice spoke very little English and could not explain what we were seeing. Also the boat was too small and uncomfortable. Overall the trip was wonderful and I have already recommended TourRadar to our friends and would use you again. Thank you!

Loved the tour and was happily surprised at the lodging locations and quality. Fredrica our walking tour guide in Venice was absolutely fantastic, as were our other guides (The Last Supper, Lake Como) and drivers. Did not expect such personal and accommodating treatment. Loved all the sites included on the tour. We experienced so much that was northern Italy beyond what is highlighted in typical guidebooks.
