is there a possibility to visit Ba Na Hills on this trip?

Yes we can add Ba Na hill - Golden bridge tour to this package by let you join both excursions on Day 5 and 6 in Hoi An in the same day, then let the other day for Ba Na hill tour. The additional cost for that tour is USD $90/person, include buffet lunch.

does it include accommodation, internal flights, e-visa, and entry fees for all trips mentioned in itinerary?

package price already includes hotel accommodation, internal flights, entrance fees and all excursions listed in the itinerary. However, the visa application is not included as we allow customers to flexibly choose. If you want us to do it for you, you can add the service when you book on TourRadar as a supplement, with an extra cost.

Why do I have to pay additional for local payments as well? Why is the price of the tour quoted if it only covers the accommodation?

We separate the tour price into 2 payments. The local payment is for tour's airfare and transportation fee. We do that to bring the better price for travelers (not increase the profit for that part).

Is the amount specified on the tour we select guaranteed to be the amount we have to pay when we arrive? We don't want to be surprised by any huge price hikes. And who do we pay it to and in what currency. We are Australian. Also, how do we go about upgrading on the hotels? Do you specify when you book or do that after we receive a quote for the additional cost?

The local payment for the airfares and transportation fee is listed in USD, but you can also pay it by credit card. We will send you the payment link before the trip. We guarantee that you will not need to pay any other fee more than that. You can upgrade the hotel by chosing room type after select a date. Or you can also upgrade it after confirm the booking.

We had a really good time on this trip to Vietnam! The food and accommodations were wonderful, especially the Amina Lantana Hoi An Hotel & Spa! That was our very favorite. The tours were fun, interesting, & educational, and we learned a lot. We met really nice people on the tours from Australia, India, Belgium, and other countries. It would have been nice to have a little more time and direction to shop because we were often rushed through to go to the planned destinations. Since we were accustomed to having the same guide for the whole 10 days on other tours, it took a few days to get used to having a different guide each day, mainly because we had to maintain contact with our person at TourRadar to confirm pickup times and guides each day. It worked out fine and we got used to it after 4 or 5 days. All the guides spoke English and were very helpful, but it was often difficult to understand well enough because of their accents, and one talked too fast. The one guide who spoke slowly, and was the more seasoned guide, was the easiest to understand. Even though we are older adults, we were able to do all the activities and figure out how to get around Vietnam, particularly in crossing the busy streets and finding recommended restaurants. Our favorite activities were exploring the Champa culture and remaining ruins at My Son Sanctuary, and the Cu Chi Tunnels and war remnants. But, we also enjoyed all the other places we went. There was a lot of diversity in activities which gave us all kinds of new experiences. TourRadar made it affordable for us to find flights and to be able to visit Vietnam.Show more

Excellent tour to see a lot of different areas in Vietnam! My fiancé and I had to postpone our originally planned departure date and the tour company was willing to work with us to push it back. They also helped us with a visa issue when the airline bumped our returning flight to the next day. We had personable and engaging guides and wonderful hotels and resorts. We recommend the 4 star hotel upgrade, it was well worth it for the beautiful hotels we stayed at. Overall- we had an amazing experience and Vietnam was an absolute dream travel location!Show more

Communication was good once in Vietnam. They conveyed apologies when things went wrong and I appreciate their help when I left some valuables unsecured in my room. But prior to the tour, communication with the operator was the worse! Responses were delayed - for weeks even. Gave me the impression that they're not seriously interested in doing business with us and I had to escalate this with Tourradar. The tour operator made bookings with various tour companies which then resulted to us having to talk/coordinate with different individuals for every tour. Have I known this, I would have just booked the tours, hotels and flights myself. Easy peasy. I had to insist that I only speak to one person just to somehow involve them and get my money's worth. There were issues for which the the company could only apologise. 1. On the day of our first internal flight, I had to ask for our booking confirmations because it was never sent to us. 2. On our way back to Hanoi from HaLong Bay, our tour guide didn't know where our drop off point was, and neither did we. 3. Mishandling of luggages during transport 4. Dropped off at the wrong terminal in Danang. Sadly, it was a stressful experience for us with Wonderscape Travel.Show more

Positive points: the 10 days itinerary was excellent. As from day one we enjoyed our Knowledgeable, passionate and lively guides throughout our tour. The food the culture was a unique experiences. It was exciting and worth trying to see everything in such a short period of time. Negative: the night before our Halong Bay tour, I’ve received 3 messages from different people arranging for pick up time. I was a bit hesitant to respond not knowing if this people were actually genuine. The tour agency representative (Tony) should be informing us first thing of the company or name of person who will be picking us up. Also on our way to Da Nang airport our luggages got picked up first thing from our hotel and the driver just dumped all of them inside the vehicle leaving us with no seat inside. Hopefully it’s just a one-off experience and will need to improve for us to recommend.Show more

Highly recommend as you are not with the same people throughout the tour and there was great mix of nationalities and stories of others travel escapades as you move from town to town. The tour is well organised with guides each night contacting you to confirm the next days activities and where to meet. The internal flights arewell organised and we were met each time by a driver to take us to and from our hotels. If your lucky you might get Chung Lee, Jason, Dennis, Sunny, Kevin or Danny who were very knowledgeable and made sure we all had a great time.Show more

How are we looking going to Vietnam next year for 10 days and we like your package but is very similar to about seven other companies that we have looked at for around about the same price so was wondering whether you're willing to offer room upgrades or extra dinners or something something that makes you stand out so that we are happy to book with you over another company

Why do I have to pay additional for local payments as well? Why is the price of the tour quoted if it only covers the accommodation?

  We separate the tour price into 2 payments. The local payment is for tour's airfare and transportation fee. We do that to bring the better price for travelers (not increase the profit for that part).

  Is the golden bridge included? And the famous train that passes near the locals?

  This tour is not include the golden bridge. But we can add it to day 5 or 6, replace one of default excursion or do both 2 excursions in 1 day. Regarding the train street, it is nearby hotel so you can take a walk or catch a grab to go there and explore it yourself.

Is the amount specified on the tour we select guaranteed to be the amount we have to pay when we arrive? We don't want to be surprised by any huge price hikes. And who do we pay it to and in what currency. We are Australian. Also, how do we go about upgrading on the hotels? Do you specify when you book or do that after we receive a quote for the additional cost?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Wonderscape Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Wonderscape Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
