Ms Finn was amazing, she managed day tours with other companies and let us know who was picking us up as well as organising the internal flights. We really enjoyed Han Oi and our over night cruise in Ha Long Bay. In both of these locations the accommodation was really good, as was the good on La Pandora and the location of our hotel in Han Oi. We then flew down to Hoi An and our accommodation there was nice too. In Ho Chi Mihn, the accommodation was in an administration area and quiet away from anything, to walk and explore in your free time. The single supplement is priced per person. Meaning that if your booking consists of 2 people, the price is still higher than booking of 1 person. A single supplement is an additional cost applied when a traveler joins the tour alone and wants their own private room throughout the trip. Our tour packages are priced based on two people sharing all accommodation costs. When only one person occupies a room, the hotels still charge almost the same rate as for two people. The single supplement simply covers that difference while still including all the same tour services—transport, activities, meals, guide, and the full package.

Does that really make sense? Even if the hotel costs the same, there's got to be some saving from the tour activities, food, transport, etc. for 1 person. Yet the price is actually higher for a solo traveller.

These tours are quoted in USD. Basically, we have included all tours in the itinerary. When you book the package, it also means you already booked the excursions. In my opinion, it is better to go to Hoi An and stay overnight there. Hoi An hotels are more affordable but cozier. From Hoi An, we have Hue City full day tour staring from your Hoi An hotel, so you can still visit Hue in an excursion without the need to stay overnight in Hue.
