    Will you arrange for pick up from the hotel we stay at before and drop off at the specified hotel in the tour and is this part of the local payment specified $419AUD and so is not payable of we arrange our own transport?

      You can stay in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City before and after the tour. We are happy to book additional hotel nights at our hotel for your convenience at an extra cost. Alternatively, you can book your own hotel and we will handle the pick-up/drop-off from your hotel to ours.

      The local payment we list includes all transportation costs during the tour, along with two scheduled domestic flights. Simply put, besides the upfront payment made on Tourradar and the local payment upon arrival in Vietnam, you will not need to pay any other costs for this tour, and it includes everything we list as included.

      Yes you can arrive Hanoi on the first day at anytime. We will arrange private airport transfer for you. If you can arrive few more days before the tour, spending some time to explore the city yourself, it is all good.

      Yes, you may change your travel dates without any charges, as long as the amendment is made at least 30 days prior to the tour start date. If you are still unsure about your exact travel date, you may book using a tentative date to secure the promotional rate. To reserve your slot, you would only need to pay 10% of the discounted upfront amount as a deposit to hold your booking. Once your plans are finalized, simply inform us of your preferred date, and we will update it for you without any amendment fees (provided the change is made at least 30 days before departure).
