Ok: One issue with the itinerary: Would have liked a couple days to see Hoi An (not just stay there for the nights and do day trips from there)--it was one of the highlights of Vietnam and I didn't have enough time to see it. Also, suggest adding Da Nang dragon bridge night fire show to itinerary if possible.
Poor/Bad: Bad communication with Tony, sales rep. I had to write more than once to get answers to important questions. Drivers weren't always there. I had to inquire on pickup times. Very bad interaction from someone who is representing the company.
Everything worked out as good as possible - got very good impression of the country in just 10 days

A very stress free experience with this company, just worry about luggage space so you have room to bring souvenirs back!! Each tour was so informative and authentic to each city. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting Vietnam and wants to explore the country and learn their rich history. 5+ stars!!

On a return trip from an outing, we were dropped off at the wrong hotel and needed to take a taxi to the correct one.
I took this tour at the last minute, I was so pleasantly surprised with my tour manager's excellent service. Tony was so helpful and accommodating the entire 8 days! Tony was so helpful and accommodating the entire 8 days! The itinerary was so perfect and well planned. The transportation people were so friendly and helpful. I met some amazing people from different parts of the world and we all had a blast during the different activities. The hotels and meals were all good. Thanks so much Tony and please forgive the late review.

The food was amazing throughout. The tour was great value for money, and the accomodation was clean and quiet. The tour guides were great. Tony was responsive and timely throughout, a great communicator and was astonishingly helpful!.

We had Alice on day 1 and was sweet and caring and gave a lot of info on the history of the tour. Day 2 we had Pho/Élio and he had us so engaged with the tour with so much knowledge. He also taught us some Vietnamese words and he even sang two beautiful Vietnamese songs on the boat while drinking our coconut drinks. I will always use a tour guide and so thankful for a great trip and wonderful memories for a lifetime! Also want to thank the bus/taxi drivers and also Tony for making this whole trip happen at the last minute! Tony had great communication with me the entire time and never delayed in getting back. You guys are a great team. Thank you all!

Vietnam was vibrant, energetic and incredibly beautiful. The food was outstanding and the landscapes were simply breathtaking. There was always something new to see and experience.
Cambodia left a strong impression on me. The temples of Angkor were magical – especially early in the morning. It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments.
The whole trip was a perfect combination of active exploring and meaningful cultural experiences. I came home inspired and already thinking about going back.

I was travelling solo, & this was a great option as you get to do your own thing but then join groups for each daily activity. My only suggestion, & again, it was my choice to only opt for 3 star accomodation because I was by myself & didn’t feel the need to splurge, but for the cruising of Halong Bay, ‘splash’ out & do something a little more glam. Everything was very good, but it’s such an amazing spot, treat yourselves especially if sharing. All guides contacted me the day prior to tours. All transport was organized, & on time. The BEST bit of my tour- Vintage Vespa Food Tour of SGN. It was a hoot! But- for 10 days in Vietnam, this package was so reasonably priced & so well put together.

We had some disruption to a typhoon but the tour was expertly reorganized around the issue. Full marks to everyone involved in this tour.
It was an excellent tour, and we really enjoyed it. Although we had to join different groups for each sub-tour, it was still great value for money.

This tour was so well thought out and planned. We didn’t have to worry about any transportation or transfers as they were all smoothly sorted out for ourselves. This trip is really good value for money and covers all of the top things you must see in Vietnam. There were options to upgrade to higher class hotels/cruise ship but the 3 star hotels we went on were very nice. A highlight of the trip was the Ha Long Bay and Mekong Delta. Even though we have already done this tour I would do it again!

However, this isn’t a group trip where you stay with the same people the whole time. Every day is a group of new people and the airport transfers are by yourself. This is great for a family or a couple but not for a solo traveler if you want to make friends.

I loved that we met new people but were not stuck with a group for the entire tour. very well organised and I feel that we had a good mix of time to explore independently and join tours. every guide was great and helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend this tour to anyone with a minimum of moderate fitness level. I don't feel that we missed anything along our trip. I would not hesitate to book a Wonderlust travel experience again.
