  Are the two flights between Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang, and the flight between Da Nang to Hanoi, covered by the tour fees as well as all the coach and bus fees?

    Are there a lot of walking involve for this tour and do we require walking on rocks and hills? I am fit in general but my knees got tired after a couple hours of walk due to previous injury. I can walk on flat ground for two to three hours. Is this tour suitable for me?

    This tour price includes both upfront and local payments, as you can see in the price section. All domestic flights and transportation costs are also covered. You will not need to pay any additional fees beyond these two amounts.

    Regarding the walking activities on the tour, you don't have to worry at all because they are all short and flat stretches. Additionally, you can skip a section and sit down to rest while waiting for the group to return if you feel tired.

    Normally we'd mix all age groups, but since most of our participants are between 35 and 60, I think that would be a good fit for you.

    Regarding visas, you can apply for a 30-day or 90-day visa. I recommend applying one day before your arrival date, and for a minimum of 30 days.

    Regarding your concerns, we strongly recommend you go on the tour in August and October. The time is not too crowded with tourists, and the services as well as rooms are favorable with reasonable price.

    The tour can certainly be arranged on a private basis for your clients. This will include a dedicated guide and private transportation throughout the journey, offering greater flexibility and comfort. A supplement will apply compared to the standard group tour. Triple sharing is available, typically consisting of one double or twin room with an additional extra bed. Should your clients wish to upgrade to 4-star hotels, this can also be arranged. The additional cost will depend on availability during the peak travel period.

    We recommend arranging a day-use hotel in Hanoi. This will allow your clients to rest and freshen up before transferring to the airport in the evening (around 21:00). Alternatively, a late check-out at a hotel or leisure time in the city prior to the airport transfer can also be considered, though a day-use room is generally the most comfortable option.

    1. The single-entry visa is sufficient. When the booking is confirmed, I will proceed with booking your hotels, and I will give you the hotel address to complete the visa application right after that.

    4. On day 9, usually you will arrive at Hanoi at 4:00 - 4:30PM depending on the trafic.

    1. How late can the driver pick up at the airport when I arrive to Ho Chi Minh City? My flight arrive at 10:00p.m.
    2. Since I am not able to find flight back to the United states after10:00p.m. on the last day, I am thinking about staying an extra night in Hanoi. Would it be possible for you to extend an extra night of hotel stay for me (i.e. the same hotel that I will be staying in Hanoi)?
    3. Once I booked the tour, how soon can I book the flight?

    1. They can pick you up whenever you arrived. Additional charge for midnight may be applied but not too much. 10:00pm is fine.

    We would be coming from Manila, so the flight time won't be much for us so we should be able to be well rested for the morning. Would there still be a driver to get us or would we need to get a Grab to take us to the hotel?

    On day 9 you will come back to Hanoi at around 4.30pm. Then the airport transfer takes around 1-1.5 hours. We recommend you book the flight back home after 6pm, or you can stay one more night in Hanoi and book a flight back home on the next day.

    The security check for international flights take around 3 hours, so it is best to book flights after 10pm if you want to fly right away. Or, you can stay one more night in Hanoi so you can freely choose flight time on the next day.
