  You say internal flights included but the you also say - The cost of internal airfares will need to be paid separately upon arrival at the destination as a local payment. The internal airfare fee is a separate charge from the main tour cost and is paid upon arrival. This is because the cost of internal airfare can vary based on a number of factors, such as the time of year, availability of flights, and fuel prices. By separating the internal airfare fee from the main tour cost, is there a more accurate and transparent price for customers?

    The AU$1,032 per person tour price covers the services specified in the itinerary, including the internal flights. However, the airfare component is handled separately from the main tour payment, which is why the terms mention a local payment upon arrival. This does not mean that you will be charged twice for the same flights. The separate local payment refers to the applicable internal airfare cost, which is not included in the amount paid for the main tour package. We are happy to clarify the exact airfare amount applicable to your booking before you proceed.

  Can you please clarify the contradiction in your inclusion details… it states that that included is internal flights but then also says internal flights need to be paid seperately on arrival… so are the internal flights included or not ???

    To clarify, the internal flights are included in the total tour cost. They are simply paid as part of the local payment upon arrival in Vietnam, rather than through the upfront payment on TourRadar. There will be no additional flight cost on top of the quoted total tour price.

    Are there a lot of walking involve for this tour and do we require walking on rocks and hills? I am fit in general but my knees got tired after a couple hours of walk due to previous injury. I can walk on flat ground for two to three hours. Is this tour suitable for me?

    Regarding the walking activities on the tour, you don't have to worry at all because they are all short and flat stretches. Additionally, you can skip a section and sit down to rest while waiting for the group to return if you feel tired.

    Regarding visas, you can apply for a 30-day or 90-day visa. I recommend applying one day before your arrival date, and for a minimum of 30 days.

    Regarding your concerns, we strongly recommend you go on the tour in August and October. The time is not too crowded with tourists, and the services as well as rooms are favorable with reasonable price.

    The tour can certainly be arranged on a private basis for your clients. This will include a dedicated guide and private transportation throughout the journey, offering greater flexibility and comfort. A supplement will apply compared to the standard group tour. Triple sharing is available, typically consisting of one double or twin room with an additional extra bed. Should your clients wish to upgrade to 4-star hotels, this can also be arranged. The additional cost will depend on availability during the peak travel period.

    We recommend arranging a day-use hotel in Hanoi. This will allow your clients to rest and freshen up before transferring to the airport in the evening (around 21:00). Alternatively, a late check-out at a hotel or leisure time in the city prior to the airport transfer can also be considered, though a day-use room is generally the most comfortable option.

    1. The single-entry visa is sufficient. When the booking is confirmed, I will proceed with booking your hotels, and I will give you the hotel address to complete the visa application right after that.

    1. How late can the driver pick up at the airport when I arrive to Ho Chi Minh City? My flight arrive at 10:00p.m.
    2. Since I am not able to find flight back to the United states after10:00p.m. on the last day, I am thinking about staying an extra night in Hanoi. Would it be possible for you to extend an extra night of hotel stay for me (i.e. the same hotel that I will be staying in Hanoi)?

    1. They can pick you up whenever you arrived. Additional charge for midnight may be applied but not too much. 10:00pm is fine.

    We would be coming from Manila, so the flight time won't be much for us so we should be able to be well rested for the morning. Would there still be a driver to get us or would we need to get a Grab to take us to the hotel?

    On day 9 you will come back to Hanoi at around 4.30pm. Then the airport transfer takes around 1-1.5 hours. We recommend you book the flight back home after 6pm, or you can stay one more night in Hanoi and book a flight back home on the next day.

    The security check for international flights take around 3 hours, so it is best to book flights after 10pm if you want to fly right away. Or, you can stay one more night in Hanoi so you can freely choose flight time on the next day.
