We are wanting to book your 9 day tour of Vietnam that starts in Ho Chi Minh but our flight will come in very late, around 1am. Will we still be able to check into to start the day 2 itinerary in the morning?

Regarding your late arrival in Ho Chi Minh City at approximately 1:00 AM, we would like to inform you that a late check-in can certainly be arranged. However, to ensure your comfort and well-being, we highly recommend arriving one day earlier. This will allow you sufficient time to rest and recover from your flight, ensuring you are refreshed and ready to begin the tour program the following morning in optimal condition.

On Day 9 after the tour, around what time is the drop off to the airport?

On day 9 you will come back to Hanoi at around 4.30pm. Then the airport transfer takes around 1-1.5 hours. We recommend you book the flight back home after 6pm, or you can stay one more night in Hanoi and book a flight back home on the next day.

  1. How late can the driver pick up at the airport when I arrive to Ho Chi Minh City? My flight arrive at 10:00p.m.
  2. Since I am not able to find flight back to the United states after10:00p.m. on the last day, I am thinking about staying an extra night in Hanoi. Would it be possible for you to extend an extra night of hotel stay for me (i.e. the same hotel that I will be staying in Hanoi)?

  We would be coming from Manila, so the flight time won't be much for us so we should be able to be well rested for the morning. Would there still be a driver to get us or would we need to get a Grab to take us to the hotel?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Wonderscape Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
