Buenos Aires
Start your trip in Buenos Aires with an overnight hotel stay. The city's known for its Belle Epoque architecture, sidewalk cafes, and tango culture. You can check out the colorful streets of La Boca with its art walks, or wander through San Telmo's bohemian neighborhoods where you'll find boutique hotels, antique shops, and tango clubs scattered throughout.

Buenos Aires to Ushuaia
Take your included transfer flight from Buenos Aires down to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world on Tierra del Fuego. Once you arrive, you'll board the ultra-luxury Discovery Yacht and meet the Captain and crew. As the ship departs, you'll cruise through the scenic Beagle Channel with views of Andean mountains from your private verandah or the Observation Deck.

At Sea
Spend the day getting familiar with the yacht. Falkland Islands
Arrive at the remote Falkland Islands, a wildlife paradise with the world's largest population of Gentoo penguins plus King, Magellanic, and Rockhopper species. You'll look for black-browed albatross, Cobb's wren, and Falkland's flightless steamer duck. The Discovery Team of up to 20 polar specialists including geologists, historians, ornithologists, and marine biologists will guide your exploration.

Navigate through Lemaire Channel, famous for its views and often called 'Kodak Alley', subject to weather and operational conditions. Pass through this 11 kilometer-long channel, just 700 meters wide at its narrowest point, taking in dramatic rocky mountains and glowing blue icebergs so close to the ship. Between Discovery excursions, enjoy specialty tea or coffee in the Observation Lounge while watching through Swarovski telescopes.
