I am living in Ireland and will hopefully be travelling to Australia later this year (September). On my way, I was hoping to visit Papua New Guinea for ~1 week. In that time, I was hoping to see/do/experience the following: - Port Moresby City/Nature Park Tour - See the Birds of Paradise - Go diving/snorkelling off PNG coast - Visit the Goroka Show/Festival - Visit Mount Hagan and the Highlands Region. I am just wondering if you/your company have any tours which would incorporate some/any of these? Or do you organise personal tours which might incorporate the above? Or if you have any other suggestions for me, please let me know... the above list is very provisional at the moment and open to change :) Any/all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We do all of the below, but you will struggle to fit all of that into seven nights. On this platform we only offer set date tours to the Mt Hagen Festival in August (full), the Goroka Festival 18 to 22 September, our 8-night Highlands Tribes Tour to Mt Hagen area and Goroka Festival (full for 2025), and the Sepik. For bespoke tours and diving, you will have to contact us directly at Best of PNG.

Can I please check if the return airport transfers are included? If I travel solo do I need to pay for single supplement or can I share a room with another participant on this tour?

All airport transfers are included. We don't put solo travellers with other travellers, so the single supplement is applicable. For single travellers on a budget, we have a lower cost option, but it is not promoted on Tour Radar at present. It costs 870 GBP or your equivalent.

Can I confirm I have to book my own flights?

These are the flights to book: PX 160 18SEP POMGKA 0825 0915, PX 161 22SEP GKAPOM 0945 1035. If you can't get them, I have a block allocation, but cannot provide them through the Tour Radar platform.

What is the make up of the group? The rooms at Goroka have one double and one single bed in them, so unless there is a couple willing to share with a single person or a family member, you would need four rooms, one at the single supplement rate.

I can book international Air Niugini flights from Brisbane, Cairns, Manila, Singapore, Port Vila, Honiara, Sydney. They are not daily, expect Cairns. We can also book longhaul from London, for a booking fee, but you are better off booking direct with Qatar to Port Moresby from London on one ticket with changes in Doha and either Singapore or Manila.
