Pretrip had some bumps and I think flights couldâ€™ve been better but the trip was everything weâ€™d hoped for. Only one hotel (Alexandra in Loen)was good. Bergen hotel was dated and dirty. Tour manager excelled at managing the days, but didn't bother to have us introduce ourselves on the opening night. Questions from people on the bus were often ignored. Need to listen better. There is a lot to see in Oslo. Starting on a Sunday when many restaurants and stores were closed wasn't great. Documents should encourage people to come a day early. More time in Oslo, less time in Bergen would make a better route.Show more
