Arrival in Panama City
Your guide meets you at the airport and drives you to the hotel. You'll have the rest of the day to settle in and rest up after your travel.

Panama City
Eat breakfast early, then head out with your guide to see Panama City's main sights. You'll walk through Casco Viejo, the historic UNESCO area with colonial architecture, then check out the old ruins at Panama la Vieja. Next stop is the Panama Canal where you can watch ships pass through the Miraflores Locks. Before heading back to your hotel, you'll finish at Calzada de Amador, the waterfront boardwalk with nice views.

Anamuya Mountains
Head into the Anamuya mountains to see trained squirrel monkeys up close. The main event is a zipline course with 18 platforms and 12 lines stretching about two miles over the jungle canopy and forest floor. You'll have an expert guide with you the whole time, and the views of the tropical landscape are hard to beat from up there.

Landmarks/POIs Anamuya Mountains - Day 4
Taboga Island
Spend 10 hours on an eco-tour to Taboga Island, a volcanic island in the Gulf of Panama known locally as the Island of Flowers. You'll get there by boat through the causeway, and once there, you can walk the beach, swim in the water, try snorkeling, or fish. The guide shares information about the local ecosystem, and if you're lucky, you might spot whales from shore.

Landmarks/POIs Taboga Island - Day 5
Chagres River and Emberá Village
Travel into the thick jungle along the Chagres River to reach an Embera indigenous village. You'll paddle down the river in traditional hand-carved canoes with village guides. Once there, you'll watch Embera music and dance performances, learn about local plants and animals, hear about their spiritual traditions, and have a chance to weave palm fronds alongside the women in the village.

This day is yours to do what you want. Start with breakfast at the hotel restaurant, then you can relax at the hotel pool or spa, or look into optional excursions if you want to do something else. It's a good chance to slow down and recharge.
