Can this tour be made for 6 people?

We do have availability on our Norway: Fjords and Glaciers tour 31 May - 07 June 2026 for 6 passengers but this will not be a private tour just for the 6 of you. We have a maximum group size of 18.

Can you please tell me the total cost of this tour for 2 people for both May 17-24 and May 24-31 2026

Is 80 really the upper age limit for your travelers?

We don't necessarily have an age limit for our Blueroads tours, however, we do require each traveler to fill in a self-assessment form to evaluate if our trips are suitable for you! This is due to our tour's having activities that can be slightly strenuous, such as walking tours.

Is it possible that I book for a single room package now and switch to double room sharing if I find a travel companion later? Also is it possible to change the dates?

We can make changes to the booking at no additional fees as long as it is more than 60 days prior to departure. However, changing room types and changing dates would be subject to availability. Making changes within 60 days of departure would incur change/cancellation fees. For the 27 June departure we are already sold out of double rooms, but we do have single and twin rooming currently available.

I have two senior ladies who are interested in this type of trip. They have good mobility but are worried about baggage handling. They turned down a tour that said "you must be able to carry your own bag" - would this trip be appropriate for them?

Our Tour Leaders and Coach Drivers will assist with baggage where possible (ie: loading it on and off the coach) however, the passengers will need to be able to take their own bags when going from the coach to their rooms when they check in.

For tours departing after May 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Blue-Roads Touring. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Blue-Roads Touring will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
