      You can book the tour initially. Once you have set your concrete travel time, we will adjust the travel dates accordingly. It would be very helpful if you let us know your planned travel time as early as possible so we can reserve the rooms for you directly after your booking. Especially during high season (October to March) or if the trip starts only a few months after booking, accommodations are quickly fully booked.

      Please note that this tour is organized as a group tour with English-speaking tour guides. Since it is a round trip, you will be accompanied by different tour guides at the various locations. You will also spend the individual stages with changing fellow travelers – the group composition can change depending on the location or program point. You are therefore not traveling with the same group throughout.

      The accommodations, on the other hand, are organized privately for you.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before August 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Tour Fun. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vietnam Tour Fun will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
