We would like 3 double room , what's the difference between 3-4 stars hotel in Vietnam, we would like 4 Star, according to your advertisement it shows different days different hotel.

What time are we expected to arrive at the hotel on the first day? What is the typical age range of participants on this tour? How many people are currently confirmed for the departure? Could you provide suggestion on luggage type and what to bring? I am planning to travel from Rome, Italy. Could you confirm if there are any recommended arrival times or preferred flight options? As an Italian citizen, I understand that I can stay in Vietnam for up to 45 days without a visa. Could you confirm if this is still valid for the tour dates in November 2025?

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you need to take time to pass immigration and collect your luggage. We can pick you up whenever you arrive. It normally takes 30-45 mins to drive from airport to your hotel. Our group tour is unlimited with age range of participants. Our group tours usually have 12-16 people. Most tours are partial group tours where you might have different groups for excursions at each place. International flights are not included in the package. You should book flights yourself to Ho Chi Minh and from Hanoi. First and last days are free for arrival and departure. For Italian citizens, visa-free stay of up to 45 days is still valid.

About what time is the tour bus pick-up at the hotels each morning? And about what time will we return to our hotels each day?

To clarify your request, please find below the pick-up and drop-off times for each day of your tours: Day 2: Mekong Delta Exploration Pick-up: 7:30–7:50 AM Return to hotel: around 5:30 PM. Day 3: Ho Chi Minh Sightseeing and Cu Chi Tunnels Tour starts: around 7:00 AM Return to hotel: around 7:00 PM. Day 5: Cam Thanh Basket Boat – Cooking Class Drop-off: 12:30–1:00 PM. Day 7: Hanoi City Sightseeing Pick-up: 8:00–8:30 AM Drop-off: 4:30–5:00 PM. Day 8–9: Ha Long Bay Pick-up (Day 8): around 7:45–8:30 AM Drop-off (Day 9): around 3:00–3:30 PM.

Which is better? Late March /early April or Late October to come to Vietnam? I have 12 days.

Ho Chi Minh
Your driver meets you in the arrival lobby at Tan Son Nhat International Airport after you clear customs. The transfer to your hotel takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you check in, the rest of your day is completely open - some people rest after the flight, others head out to grab dinner or walk around the hotel area to get oriented.

Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta
After breakfast at the hotel, you head to My Tho to experience the Mekong Delta properly. You'll see a coconut candy workshop and honeybee farm, then either cycle around Tan Thanh village or relax in a hammock if that appeals more. By evening you're back in Ho Chi Minh.

They serve tea and cassava as a simple meal, showing what people ate underground.

Had a great Vietnam trip; everything runs like clockwork with them. They arrive at the airport and have personal transport ready, as well as direct tour pickups from hotels, etc. They know the best places and when to go. We enjoyed most of the tours. A little less so the visit to the war museum with images of torture, agent orange and the like. Although important to know. I am in my 60s and remember this awful part of history and prefer not to review it while I'm on vacation. Seeing tanks, fox holes and bunkers was not enjoyable for me.

What time are we expected to arrive at the hotel on the first day? What is the typical age range of participants on this tour? How many people are currently confirmed for the departure? Could you provide suggestion on luggage type and what to bring? I am planning to travel from Rome, Italy. Could you confirm if there are any recommended arrival times or preferred flight options? As an Italian citizen, I understand that I can stay in Vietnam for up to 45 days without a visa. Could you confirm if this is still valid for the tour dates in November 2025?

  Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you need to take time to pass immigration and collect your luggage. We can pick you up whenever you arrive. It normally takes 30-45 mins to drive from airport to your hotel. Our group tour is unlimited with age range of participants. Our group tours usually have 12-16 people. Most tours are partial group tours where you might have different groups for excursions at each place. International flights are not included in the package. You should book flights yourself to Ho Chi Minh and from Hanoi. First and last days are free for arrival and departure. For Italian citizens, visa-free stay of up to 45 days is still valid.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh Sightseeing and Cu Chi Tunnels Tour starts: around 7:00 AM Return to hotel: around 7:00 PM. Day 5: Cam Thanh Basket Boat – Cooking Class Drop-off: 12:30–1:00 PM. Day 7: Hanoi City Sightseeing Pick-up: 8:00–8:30 AM Drop-off: 4:30–5:00 PM. Day 8–9: Ha Long Bay Pick-up (Day 8): around 7:45–8:30 AM Drop-off (Day 9): around 3:00–3:30 PM.

  The days seem very long as I realize you are trying to pack things in. Is it possible to have things split up a bit? I realize may mean an extra day in Ho Chi Minh City and an extra day in Hanoi. Leaving at 7:30am and back at 7pm may kill me everyday.

For tours departing after April 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Tour Fun. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
