Dear Mr. Dendinger Thank you for your feedback on your individual hiking trip. We could not contribute to the confusion that arose in Redondela, as we were not informed of this fact in advance. At the beginning of each season it sometimes depends on the reopening hotels and accommodations. We would like to apologize again for the wrong hotel name on your voucher. Thank you very much!
