The itinerary was well thought-out, with a good balance between days of travel/activities and free time. The organisers did a fantastic job ensuring everything runs on time and maintained an open line of communication. Special thanks goes out to our travel agent, Long, who was always available via Whatsapp from the moment of booking and dealt rapidly with any query we had. The tour consisted of a great mix between historical sightseeing and fun activities such as kayaking, canoe-riding and cave exploring - there’s something for everyone! We upgraded our hotels to 4* and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation. Really high standards - especially the Silk Path Hotel in Hanoi. The guides were all friendly, funny and passionate about Vietnam - doing their best to capture the imagination. All buses had AC and were clean. Again, all transfers were organised superbly. We were happy to have visited Vietnam and left with a deep appreciation for the local’s warmth, terrific cuisine and fascinating culture! Thank you.Show more

This compact trip was absolutely worth it, and we were able to cover the most well-known places. P.S.: When choosing Halong Bay, opt for the highest level of luxury. A lot can happen on these trips. - MBMadelene· December 3rd, 2023Our Glimpse of Vietnam tour with Vietnam Tour Fun was an incredible experience. Our trip was seamlessly organised by our tour operator Long, who checked in every day to see how our day went and let us know the details of the next activity. We didn’t feel alone throughout our journey with Long easily contactable should we have had any issues. Every airport transfer, tour, transport and breakfast (as well as some lunches and a dinner) were organised for us within the 7 days of the tour. Each day gave us the opportunity to meet new people, hear new stories and learn new lessons. We started in Hanoi, with a prompt airport transfer to our beautiful hotel-spa called Dal Vostro. Our first tour explored Ninh Binh, where we visited the Citadel and ate a traditional Vietnamese lunch before travelling to the Tam Coc for a boat ride. The following two days were spent in the beautiful Ha Long bay kayaking, walking and singing with a kind and entertaining crew aboard Le Journey Deluxe cruise. Our time in Hanoi came to an end here and we travelled to Ho Chi Minh City (aboard a flight that Vietnam Tour Fun kindly rebooked as our original flight was to be delayed) to another gorgeous hotel (Acnos Hotel) and spent the following days visiting the Cu Chi tunnels to learn about the Vietnam War, and to Mekong Delta where we were immersed in the local culture, tasting fruit and honey, travelling on boats throughout the area, seeing coconut candies made, tucking into a tasty lunch and cycling around one of the four islands. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a taster of the beautiful landscapes and culture of Vietnam in a short time.
