    Yes, you can add extra nights in Oslo and transfers. Rates in Tour Radar show overnight is 140 Euros per person in shared room and transfer is 260 Euros for private transfer. Oslo is in extremely high demand for next summer. Some hotels may have washing services occasionally.

  How many km driving on this tour and do we make stops along the way at lookouts etc?

    The actual kilometers for the entire tour driving is 1675, average 200 Km per day. They are making regular breaks and stops on the way. It also includes train and ferries so it is not just on the bus.

    200 km is ok as long as there are stops on the way. I'm keen to see the Atlantic road, that is why I chose this trip

  Can you tell me how much time is spent on the bus traveling from one point to the next on the above tour? Rough estimate. Any chance to getting an estimated costs on the optional excursions? I know it is an expensive country for food etc. just trying to figure out additional costs if you have any ideas.

    There are approx. 6 hours of driving per day (Day 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7). There are breaks in between and activities which can be by walking, or train or ferry. For example SÖGNEFJORD CRUISE (FLÅM – GUDVANGEN) & FLØIBANEN FUNICULAR (return ticket) & BRIKSDALL TROLL CARS / PER PERSON si being sold as a package and it will cost 185 Euros. Estimate for a 2 course meal somewhere between 40-50 Euros depending on location.

    I think I would like to change my tour to the Magic Fjords. Same date starting on 9-4-2026. That would fit better in my schedule and like the idea of doing trains. What would be the next step to change?

    I suggest Norwegian Fjords, Charm and Traditions group guided tour from Oslo to Oslo. Then start the solo Magical Fjord adventure from Oslo to Bergen. From Bergen you could take the ferry.

    We are planning to have the first departure for Fjords, Charm and Traditions 29th of May 2026. The cost we expect it to be higher 8% on average, compared to this year. We will run a promotional campaign when we release the dates in August.

    Meals included for this tour will have vegan options. 7x Breakfast in the hotels - Day 2 - Day 8 (buffet). 1x Dinner - Day 4. Transfer to the airport under your own arrangement for both arrival and departure. Meeting with the tour leader is on day 1 in Oslo in the evening (usually the meeting starts between 16:00 and 18:00 depending on the overall group arrival time). You will come back to Oslo on day 7 late afternoon. The tour officially ends on day 8. The hotel for the 5th of September tour is Clarion the Hub for both day 1 and day 7.

As we are international travellers, travelling to several countries. Will it be okay if we have one checked suitcase (max 23 kg) and one cabin case (max 10 kg) per person during this coach tour?

    Yes, you will have your own private restroom for the entire tour. The transportation will be as follows: Long distance coach 6 days - Day 2- Day 7, Panoramic train Geilo-Myrdal-Flåm - Day 2, Ferry Oppedal-Lavik - Day 4, Cruise on the Geirangerfjord- Day 5, Ferry Eisdal-Linge - Day 5, Ferry Vestnes-Molde - Day 5. Yes! You will be able to travel with 1 Checked Baggage as well as a carry one.

    We are able to provide airport transfers - 245 euros for each transfer. For VoS and our suppliers in Scandinavia there are discounts only for children below 12 years old. 12 or above they pay full price. Unfortunately, 6th and 20th June departure are closed for sales. We can provide 2 rooms (twin or double occupancy) at 4th July.
