- En route in the Tramuntana Mountains: the Tramuntana Mountains, also known as the Serra de Tramuntana, are a mountain range in the Northwest of the Mediterranean island of Majorca and are also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This area is well developed with hiking trails, but has been spared from large crowds of tourists to this day. The perfect place for a quiet break in nature.
- Tapas with a view: On day 5 of your holiday, the route leads from Pt. Sóller to Valldemossa. Be sure to try the local tapas at the traditional tavern right in Deia Bay. A perfect energizer for the remaining part of the tour of this day.

EurohikeOperator•Written March 2025Our hiking tours on Mallorca are offered between February and October. In November and December we do not offer hiking tours due to the local weather conditions. If you are looking for pleasant, cooler temperatures while hiking, we recommend the months of March, April and the end of September/October. In December, Mallorca can still be sunny. However, you should expect wind and cooler temperatures. Many restaurants and hotels are also closed in winter (winter break). It is therefore not possible for us to extend the season. The GR221 takes 9 days and you see a lot of the island. You start in the north and hike down to Port Andratx. It is also our most strenuous tour on Mallorca. You need to be in good physical condition and sure-footed for the hikes, some of which are on relatively stony paths and trails.
