We can usually book "My Own Room" option for an additional 859.00 EUR. However, it is sold out for November 23, 2025 departure. It can be requested, but it's not guaranteed. It is available for the next departure, which is December 14th.

We are looking at the Essential Bali 14 day tour for next September/October. As we can be flexible, we would request any notice of offers for this trip in this time period, if this is possible.

If you've previously taken a G Adventures trip and completed our evaluation report after, then we can add 5% to your next tour, if there's no other promotion on the departure.

What happens if I need to change the tour date?

You can change the tour date, subject to availability, and any applicable fees.

Is it possible to use the fast boat to and from Lombock instead of the slow one in the 14 day Bali/Lombock tour

Our tours are sold as complete packages and aren't customizable. If you wanted to sign off of the tour on that day and privately rent your own transportation, then sign back on later, that would be ok, but it wouldn't be able to be included or modified by us.

Overall the tour was great, lots of variety of places to see and very good accomodation. The one downside was the "optional activities" that were offered while en-route. I was physically unable to do a couple, which meant waiting by the transport until everyone returned, and some days there were too many options. On other tours options are usually offered once we arrived at our destination. The age limit in the notes was up to 90 years old, and I doubt anyone of that age could do some of the challenging climbs etc. The trip notes were incorrect for Gili islands, stating little electricy, fresh water & basic accomodation. The tour is now done from Gili T (& has been for 5 years) which was very modern with lots to do. The incorrect trip notes would put many people off of this tour.Show more

Gede was an excellent tour guide, his knowledge of all the local sights was brilliant. Things that could be improved on the tour: The accommodation was always located by really busy roads and despite earplugs the noise was disturbing and you didn't get much sleep. When you have early morning checkouts this can be fatiguing. The ferry to Lombok was not the best experience, to have to sit on the floor for 4-5 hrs was not really acceptable. I think G Adventures should charge a bit more and offer the fast boat. Maybe some of the traditional village tours could be swapped for other activities, but I appreciate people that joined for the Lombok tour hadn't seen the Bali villages. Everything else was well organised and ran smoothly.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "G Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
