    As this is a 10-day program, the tour would normally conclude on Monday, 23 March 2026. Therefore, returning to the UK by Sunday would unfortunately not be possible under the standard itinerary.
    
    However, we would be pleased to explore alternative solutions for you. For example:
    
    • We could create a shortened private version of the itinerary (7-8 days) to ensure your return by Sunday.
    • Alternatively, we can design a customized program allowing you to experience the main highlights within a shorter timeframe.

  I will be travelling on my own, but I would be very happy to join a small group in order to share the experience with other travellers. I am quite flexible and easygoing, but I do appreciate comfort: a good boutique hotel or higher would be perfect (of course, if there is a yurt experience along the way, no problem at all!). My main interests are: the history and culture of the region, Silk Road architecture and cities, textiles and silk items and natural landscapes; I enjoy walking, but no hard trekking please!

    are you suggesting this option instead of highlights of Uzb? Selected boutique hotels are very ok! I can leave from Rome from Monday 10 of August if It could help. by the way is a very interesting tour, I would love to experience a earth but It's not mandatory.

My previous message was simply to clarify that this specific group departure does not include a yurt or dedicated nature stay. If you would enjoy experiencing a yurt night or adding a scenic countryside element, this can certainly be arranged; however, it would need to be organized on a private basis, exclusively for you, as it is not part of the scheduled group program. In that case, we could tailor a modified itinerary that combines the cultural highlights with a touch of nature, while still maintaining the comfort level you prefer.

    At present, the departure on Saturday, 30 May 2026 is not yet guaranteed, as the tour requires a minimum of two participants to operate.
    
    We are closely monitoring bookings for May 2026 and will be happy to inform you as soon as a departure becomes guaranteed. If your travel dates are flexible, please let us know.
    
    As you are traveling as a single participant, we can either:
    
    • Keep your booking open until the minimum number of participants is reached, or

  We may have 2-4 additional persons interested. All are over 60 years old. Their question is about the availability of washrooms and toilets during the land portion of the trip. Also, if we want to upgrade the hotels, or chose ones of our choice, what is the process?

During longer drives between cities, regular comfort stops are planned at suitable roadside facilities. Please note that facilities in rural areas may be more basic than in cities, but appropriate stops are always arranged for comfort.
    
    Yes, it is possible to upgrade the hotels (for example, to higher-category or boutique hotels) or to choose specific hotels of your preference, subject to availability. Please let us know the hotel category you would like to upgrade to, or share the names of your preferred hotels. We will check availability for your travel dates and provide a revised price quotation accordingly before any confirmation.
