Great experience visiting Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam booked through Best Price Travel. Hannah from the office organised everything and was very responsive to my messages. She even took the time to come and say hello personally when I was in Hanoi. Smooth transfers throughout which was a feat in itself visiting three countries! Great activities and also free time to explore. All the hotels were clean and comfortable. This was meant to be a group tour but as I was the only person on the tour it became a private one. Whilst that was fun, I missed being part of a regular group as I had to join different groups for some of the activities. However, Hannah made sure I knew what I was doing each day and the pick up times. The only reason I’ve taken a star off was once I booked and paid for the tour, I was informed it will be difficult fly me from Siem Reap to Luang Prabang. Hannah eventually managed to get me to Laos but I had to pay extra and sacrifice a day in Siem Reap which I thought was unfair as I booked this particular tour because it included all 3 countries. Otherwise this was an excellent tour and everything went as planned. I would highly recommend it. A special thank you to Hanna also for making it all possible and I rate her 5 star!Show more
