Could you please inform me as to what hotels we will be staying at during the length of the tour. Are there any other dinners included besides the welcome dinner? What type of vehicle is used for transportation? When in Alberobello will we be visiting the Castellana caves and Grotto Bianca? Would we be able to do dinner at Grotto Palazzese?

We collaborate with several top-rated hotels and B&Bs. Two weeks before your tour departure, you will receive all relevant travel information, including hotel names. During this tour, the Welcome Dinner and daily breakfasts at the hotel are included. Other meals are not part of the package. We use a private minivan for larger groups and a car for smaller groups. The driving times vary depending on the locations. Unfortunately, the Castellana Caves are not included in the itinerary. Dinner at Grotto Palazzese is not possible during the tour, but you can make separate arrangements. Reservations for Grotto Palazzese should be made well in advance, and the tasting menu starts at around €200 per person.

The average age of the participants is usually between 20 and 40 years old, as our tours are fast-paced, budget-minded, and include activities for travellers to meet and have fun with other like-minded young passengers from all parts of the world! As for the accommodation, we offer the following accommodation options to our guests: Twin Share accommodation - the travellers who choose this option will be allocated a room with someone of the same tour. Private Double accommodation - a private room for 2 people. Non-available for solo travellers.

  It seems that we are having trouble finding a flight from Athens to Bari for May 11. The flights seem to arrive too late for us to participate in the orientation and welcome dinner. Could it be possible to start the tour on May 12 for our group of 4 people?
