The operator for this tour is very insensitive. They do not care about the person they just care about your money. I was not able to go on the tour because I became very ill and I was not given a refund even after I provide proof of hospital documentation. They do not offer any other alternatives in case one is not able to attend and had virtually no future dates that they could offer me to reschedule. While some websites will grant you credit to use for future trips, this website did nothing to protect their customer from greedy operators like "Let's Book Travel". I regret ever stumbling upon this website.Show more

Dear Chantico, thank you for the review. As we discussed thoroughly, you booked a tour that was departing less than a week later and according to the cancellation policy you were not entitled to a refund. You also told us that you had not gone to the doctor and cannot provide documentation. You had no travel insurance and then you claimed a chargeback but since you were not entitled to a refund by the cancellation policy you then decided to go to the hospital to get a doctors note. You provided us with documentation that you had diarrhea 4 days before the tour and that is why you were given a 50% refund although you were not entitled to it.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
