- Day 1
Lima to Huaraz
You'll board a shared bus in Lima and head to Huaraz, which sits at the gateway to Peru's Andean region. After arriving at the bus station, a private coach takes you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax or walk around the surrounding area if you feel up to it.

- Day 2
Huaraz - Huascaran National Park
After breakfast, you're picked up around 9:30 AM for a full day through the Callejón de Huaylas valley. You'll drive through Carhuaz, Mancos, and Yungay as the road climbs toward Cordillera Blanca. The turquoise Llanganuco lagoons come into view between Huandoy Mountain and Huascarán (Peru's highest peak at 22,205 feet). You check out the Chinancocha and Orcococha lagoons, walk through the high-altitude ecosystems, and stop at Cebollapampa viewpoint for views before heading back to Huaraz for the night.

- Day 3
Huaraz - Pastoruri Mountain
You'll have breakfast and then head south through the Santa River valley, passing through Recuay, Ticapampa, and Catac on your way to Pachacoto Gorge in Huascarán National Park. The landscape shifts to high-altitude puna vegetation and mineral springs as you go higher. Here you'll see the Puya Raimondi plant, which can reach up to 12 meters tall. At 4,850 meters, you hike about 6 kilometers along the Pastoruri Glacier edge, which takes roughly 3 hours and shows the effects of climate change and fossil remains. After that, the return drive to Huaraz brings you back by evening.

Huaraz to Lima
After breakfast at your hotel, you're transferred to the bus station for your departure from Huaraz. You'll board the shared bus for the return journey to Lima, where your tour ends and you can sort out any onward travel plans.
