Itinerary

Elephanta Caves
You'll start with a pickup from your location and head to the boat jetty for a shared ferry ride to Elephanta Island in Mumbai harbor. Once you arrive, a local guide meets you to walk through the UNESCO World Heritage rock-cut caves that date back to the 5th-8th centuries. The caves feature Hindu and Buddhist temples carved directly into the rock, so you'll see intricate carvings and religious structures from different periods. After spending time exploring the caves and learning about the history, you'll ferry back to the jetty and return to your pickup location.
