Are the tour personnel responsible for handling our bags transport from place to place?

Once you meet your Tour Director, you don't have to handle your suitcase for the rest of your journey! At every hotel, your primary suitcase is delivered to your bedroom door and collected before departure and any gratuities for the bell staff are included in the cost of your tour. Remember, on guided tours, you are permitted only one piece of luggage and one carry-on bag per person. Travelers are responsible for transporting their carry-on bag between the vehicle and hotel each day.

Can you tell me if meals are included or additional please? Just trying to figure what costs we would be looking at on top of the initial price. Discounts for seniors?

Are airport transfers available for pre-tour accommodations?

We do not have group transfers on pre-nights; however, a private taxi can be arranged.

Are all entrance fees included in the tour package?

Admissions for any attractions are included in the price of the tour.

Is there an additional fee for a single room?

Yes, there is a single supplement fee for solo travelers, which provides the privacy of a room alone.

What is the price for booking a transfer?

An arrival transfer is priced at $62.00 for the vehicle, and return transfer is $15.00 per person.

Do we need visas for traveling to Ireland and Scotland?

You won't be needing visas for Ireland or Scotland, just for Iceland and Italy.

What is the transport from and to the airport for international flights?

You may purchase group arrival transfer for $25.00 per person for the first day of your adventure, and on the last day, it is $15.00 per person, both within the specified time frames.

Are we able to book Pre and Post Trip Hotel Rooms thru you when we book a tour?

Yes, we can book up to three pre and post nights for the tour!

Fantastic Trip! Castles, churches, graveyards, stories, legends, history, double-distilled & triple-distilled whiskey, and my goodness/my guinness were all treasures. Onya, our Scotland guide was fantastic and would play folk music specific to the region we would be driving thru. Darragh, our Ireland guide & driver, gave us a great flavor of his country, and always put our comfort before his. John, our Scotland/N.Ireland/Dublin driver was fun, Safe, courteous, and fun. CIE had a wonderful luxury bus with big windows. CIE's logistics were perfect, with the right amount of time at each stop, with a full day of sight-seeing with the right amount of free time. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with CIE Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and CIE Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
